Paneer Pakora is a very common and most delicious snacks in the Indian cuisine. Paneer pakora can be had with some tea and a side of chutney. This paneer pakora recipe is easy and convenient to make.
INGREDIENTS:
Paneer – 14 to 16 slices (1 sq. inch each)
Yogurt – 2 tablespoons
Corn starch - 2 tablespoons
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chilli – 1 (chopped)
Salt – to taste
Cilantro - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
FOR THE BATTER:
Gram flour – ½ cup
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Baking soda – 1/8 tablespoon
Water – ¼ cup

METHOD:
- Marinate the paneer slices with the yogurt, cornstarch, cilantro, ginger, green chili, and some Mix well it to a soft consistency. After the marination set the slices aside for aside about for about an hour or so.
- Add the ingredients in the batter list, mix it well with some water slowly. Make to a batter consistency.
- Add the oil in a pan, heat it to a frying heat. Test with a drop of batter.
- Dip the marinated paneer pieces in the batter and fry them in the oil. Fry them till they are light brown colour.
- Serve them hot with some mint chutney.
